This is not a wellness walk. Not a networking morning. It's thinking in motion, rooted in neuroscience, led by landscape.

A structured audio-guided (headphones) experience with nature as a source of energy and movement as a tool for clarity, release, and reconnection.

Designed to surface what you've been carrying, release what isn't yours, and move you toward what's next.

WHAT IS A WALKING MEDITATION?

A structured, audio-guided experience in nature, using silent disco headphones for the guided sections of the walk, with journaling prompts throughout to unlock what's been blocked.

Walking is bilateral movement. The alternating left-right rhythm activates both sides of the brain, and research consistently shows that movement in natural environments reduces cognitive load, regulates the nervous system, and creates conditions for clearer, more honest thinking.

The walk is followed by a Future Self Visioning Session, using what the landscape has opened up to build a clear direction for what comes next.

 

 

 

WHAT IS VISIONING?

Visioning is not wishful thinking. It is a well-documented tool for decision-making and behaviour change: when you can clearly inhabit a future state, your choices begin to align with it.

WHY VISUALISATION WORKS HERE

By the time you sit down, the walk has already done the prep work. Movement in natural environments regulates the nervous system, quiets cognitive noise, and opens access to the part of you that actually knows what you want.

Working through the Stillness Experience framework, Pause, Still, Listen, Hear, Release, Decide, Move, we guide you through a series of exercises designed to move you from full to clear. To help you hear what you already know, release what isn't serving you, and step into a direction that feels like yours.

THE DAY

 

The morning begins with informal introductions and a grounding exercise. Before the walk, you take a moment to set your intention.

Together we walk in nature, audio-guided via silent disco headphones, with prompts and space throughout. Approximately 90 minutes.

Back at the café, coffee and something to eat. A moment to land before the next part begins.

The Future Self Visioning Session. By the time you sit down, the walk has already done the hard work. Nervous system settled, noise quieted. A series of exercises to clear what's in the way, step into your future self, and find a direction that feels like yours.

The shift. You arrived one way. You will not leave the same.

  

The Global Wellness Summit identifies nervous system exhaustion as one of the defining wellness crises of 2026. The Walking Reset is a direct response to that.

Duration: 4 to 4.5 hours total, inc. approx. 90-minute walk

Terrain: Paths vary and may be uneven in places. Walking boots are recommended.

Catering: Refreshments & snack included at café.

Weather: All weathers.
The walk runs rain or shine.
Please dress accordingly.

  Layers, waterproofs where approptiate & good shoes/ walkimg boots recommended.

Bring - water bottle, suncream, hat/cap.
