Social Rise Signature Presence is a full day that moves from the inside out.

The morning deals with what is actually in the way. The afternoon builds your strategy, audience, story streams and content plan = everything you need to move forward.

Morning: step out of cognitive noise.
Through guided sessions and workshops, we reduce mental load, regulate the nervous system, and create the conditions for clearer thinking and better decision-making.

The morning includes:

• Welcome and grounding. Setting the tone, slowing the pace.
• The Walking Reset. A 45-minute solo outdoor audio experience to surface the block and start the shift.
• Structured reflection. Capturing what's been sitting underneath.
• Facilitated session. Naming hesitation, patterns and internal noise.
• Written visualisation. Defining who you are without the performance layer.
• Be Her Now. Saying what you do, clearly and without qualification.

Lunch - Informal plant-based lunch, connection and pause for processing.
